IMPORTANT POST TREATMENT INFORMATION

 

It is recommended to avoid eating or drinking anything but water for 2 hours after any whitening treatment. It is also recommended to follow an all white diet for 24 hours post treatment. You will receive an email with pre and post treatment instructions 24 hours prior to your appointment. Sometimes this email gets sent to email "spam" folders, so please check your email spam if you do not receive it. Pre and post instruction information is also listed in our "FAQs" section of this website.

IMPORTANT PARKING INFORMATION

There are two parking lots adjacent to the building, one in front and one in the alley. DO NOT park in either of these lots, all spots will have reserved signs in front or reserved painted on the ground. These spots are reserved for building tenants only and parking in them risks being towed. ​

There is plenty of street parking available that can be paid using coin, card, or the Park Mobile app. We recommend paying for 2 hours of parking. There is also a nearby paid parking garage on Costilla that says "Juror parking" but is also available to the public.

There is free street parking one block away if you head west on Costilla, just past the Wells Fargo building.

Cancellation/refund policy

Peak Whitening requires 24 hours notice to cancel/reschedule your appointment. We understand emergencies can happen at any time, and we ask that you call us for cancellations less than 24 hours before appointment time. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may result in the forfeiture of the deposit.

No Shows are very damaging to small businesses, and we reserve the right to require an additional deposit to reschedule an appointment that was no showed. 

Deposit Policy

To secure your reservation, a deposit of up to $25 for service for one client or $50 for service of two clients will be collected.  This deposit will be applied towards the final payment for the service. The deposit is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation. However, if you need to reschedule, we will gladly apply your deposit to the new reservation date, subject to availability. If you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notice, the deposit will be forfeited. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

Refund Policy

Refunds will not be issued for any deposits made. However, if you have extenuating circumstances, please contact us, and we will do our best to work with you to find a suitable solution.

If you are unsatisfied in any way with your service please contact us at peak.whitening.cos@gmail.com and we will do our best to make things right. Peak Whitening does not guarantee any refunds for our teeth whitening products or services

By providing your phone number you consent to text messages from Peak Whitening.

By providing your email address you consent to receiving emails from Peak Whitening, including important pre and post-appointment instructions. 

Fulfillment/Shipping policy

We are currently not equipped to offer shipping on our physical products (at home whitening products). Items are offered at time of service or for in office pickup only.
